Thanks for your post! I am confident we have a recommendation we can make for this coil balance assembly. Although, I will need to see a photo of it removed from from the window track to confirm the correct replacement.

You'll also need to remove the assembly to confirm the stamp/marking on the coil spring. If it does not have one, I'll need to know the exact weight of the window sash; down to the ounce (if possible).
