Single-pane aluminum window part

Hello!

I am missing this part on several of my aluminum sliders. These windows do not have labels so I'm not sure who is the manufacturer or year of manufacture so I'm kind of lost in trying to find this odd-ball part. The house was built in 1957.

Without this part the window grinds on the lower guide and with this part it glues smoothly, quietly, and effortlessly.

Hey, Frank. I'm afraid we don't have a replacement for this part. Based on what you describe, however, I'm not sure the guide is the problem. Lift out and inspect the bottom of the sash to see if the rollers are worn out.
