Question about a roller

Roller for Swisco 5GD-R25
2 1/2" long, including tab
1 1/2" high, including roller sticking out
1/2" wide

Doesn't match those posted on your Web site.

Hello, thank you for posting,

Unfortunately the pictures only show the inner housing of the roller assembly. To further review, we will need to see the outer metal housing that is most likely still in the frame of the door. From there we can compare to our selection to determine if we can supply a replacement option. Thank you!
