Window won't stay up and channel balance dropped out!
Channel balance has some numbers and letters. 35 3 BP CALDWELL wondering if that is part # for ordering ?

Hello,
We should be able to help but the stamp code on the balance is sued to determine the spring strength needed to support the weight of your sash. Unfortunately, it does not indicate the correct replacement series. If you could show us photos of your balance uninstalled, including both end attachments and the metal pulley clip, we can go from there. Thank you!
