Single tilt Balancer, 20"

This balancer has a clip on the top; the ones that I have ordered from you have a clip with a hole on top as if I was to tie something.

I've enclosed pictures of the code on the back of the balancer that I wish to replace, a close up pic of the top clip and a shot of the balancer that you sent with the rusted spring balancer that I need as replacement.

Do you carry this part?
