Single wheel sliding window rollers

Quick Learner from Westminster,co
The assemblies are white plastic, brass concave wheel, 1 9/16" long, 3/8" high, 1/2" deep, 1/2" diameter wheel. Each one is held in by the corner screw that I believe also holds the brown aluminum frame together.

Hello there!

Thanks for reaching out to us. I'm afraid we're not immediately familiar with the roller shown in these photos. Would it be possible for us to see an undamaged version of this roller removed from the window sash? I can't promise we will have something but the only way for us to confirm is if we can see an undamaged version.

Thank you for getting back to us. I'm afraid we don't sell a replacement for this roller. It's just too different from what we can offer, unfortunately. I am very sorry that we won't be able to assist with this repair but please let us know if you have any other hardware questions.

Hi Emily. Since I cannot get the exact replacement roller set, can I get a set of two single rollers that have the following dimensions: having one wheel with a concave profile so that it can ride on a narrow metal track,a half inch diameter wheel, 3/8inch high if not counting the wheel sticking out,1/2 inch across. Mine is 1 9/16 inch long but I am not sure how critical that dimension is. My idea is to silicone or epoxy the wheel assemblies in place. As long as the it fits and rolls along the track, I am hoping it will work. Thanks. Dan

We don't have a roller with the specifications that you're looking for. You're welcome to browse our selection of sliding window rollers here but I'm afraid this hardware is very difficult to replace, as new ones must be exact to the original in dimension. Unfortunately, many sliding window rollers are no longer made. A local hardware store familiar with sliding window rollers used in your area may be your best bet. I apologize we can't be of more help and best of luck with the repair.
