I'm confident this is something we can help with but I'd like more information before I recommend anything. Can you show us a clear and up-close photo of the bottom fitting? I will do my best to assist from there. 

Thank you for the additional photos! My recommendation would be the Series 380 or Series 385 channel balance. The best match will depend on the depth of the bottom fitting so you'll have to measure as shown in the image below. There should also be a stamp printed on the metal channel that will tell you what strength option is needed for your replacements.
