Thanks for posting! You'll need either the S380-14 or the S385-14 to replace your balances. To confirm which of these series is the correct one, you'll need to measure the depth of your shoe. Be sure to double check the length of the metal channel as well.

You'll need to look for a stamp/marking on the channel to determine the correct stamp option.
