Hello,

We do not carry an exact match for your hinge but I'd recommend taking a look at our 32-127. This is an off-set, self-closing type of hinge. Review the specifications shown on our product page to see if you might be able to adapt this to work for your repair. Note that making new installation holes may be necessary since the placement is a bit different. Thanks for posting.
