Sizing

Question

The photo with the title 140845 is a broken shoe and the windows all are of this style. The spiral balance size is 27" 5/8" diameter, should it matter. Any help would be appreciated so that I purchase the right one along with my spiral balance order. Thank you!

I think we can help with these parts, but before I recommend anything I'll need to know the width and thickness of the shoe. Would you be able to get that data for me? Make sure to remove the shoe from the track before you measure it; it won't be possible to get an accurate measurement while it's still in there.

As for the balance, if it's 27" x 5/8" then my recommendation is the S600-27.
