Is this skylight operator available with the angle drive and support link on the left side of the casing? I am replacing an worn out unit and want to avoid modifying the skylight frame.

The 39-379 only comes with the gearing on the right side at this time, I'm afraid. If you can, please send us some photos of your operator and maybe we can see if we have something else.
