When we purchased our house one of the skylights was missing the operator. I've attached a photo here. Can anyone help us to identify a replacement? We have been unable to identify the manufacturer or any serial numbers.

Thanks for posting! Have you seen our 39-379 Angle Drive Skylight operator? Do you think this may work for you?

Unfortunately it isn't clear that part # 39-379 will fit. The distance between the two outer screw holes on my unit is 10 1/8 inches rather than the 10 3/4 from # 39-379.
However, the drawing for that part seems strange to me and I wonder if the measurements are correct. The four outer screw holes in the drawing seem to form a rectangle, but the bottom screw holes are described as 10 3/4 apart and the top holes are described as being 10 3/16 apart. Are these numbers correct?

Thanks for getting back to us! You are right: there is a mistake. 10-3/4" indicates the total length of the operator, not the front screw hole center distance. The screw hole center distances for front and back are both approximately 10-3/16". We will edit our product picture and update it shortly. Thank you for catching that!

It seems then that this part may work. If I order it but it doesn't fit can I return it?
