We do carry the 39-379 Skylight Operator, which works with handles like the 39-102 or 39-114L. If this isn't what you need, please show us pictures of your existing hardware, and we'll see what we can find.

I don't know what I need to replace the broken one. That's why I contacted you. If the product you mention would be a proper replacement, how much is it and how do I order it?
Do you have technicians that would come and put it In??

Thanks for responding and trying to help??

The 39-379 would be our closest possible match, but I'm afraid I cannot confirm it will work for you. There were many skylight operators that were made similar to this that were unfortunately discontinued over the years. You will need to carefully compare our pictures and measurements to confirm if this can work. Unfortunately, I cannot guarantee that it will.

If it turns out that you think this is what you need, you can order right from our online store. When you find a part you want, simply click "Add to Cart," and then click "Checkout" at the top right hand corner of the screen. Don't forget to set the quantity needed. Finally, no, I am afraid we don't have technicians. We always recommend hiring a local pro in your area to do the job if you are not certain if you're up for it. Let me know if you have any other questions.
