Skylight window operating mechanism

Looks like this unit is coming apart. Tried to find Paeco on the web to no avail. Appreciate your help.

Can you open the window and remove the operator to expose the arms inside? We need to see them to identify the operator.

Please also include arm length measurements to assist.
