Slash balancer identifier

Hi,
We recently bought a house and need to replace the window slash. We were able to take a picture of the slash balancer and from what we could see it had E529#275-83 Anderson stamped on it. We didn't want to take it apart completely without having the new balancers ready to replace. Would it be possible for you to tell us which slash balancers we need to buy?
