Slidding door handle Canadian Patent 919213

Question

The sliding dooris a Pozzi brand ( no longer exist), it  was installed arround 1986-87. The plastic insert broke at some point,  on it is the inscription "Canadian Patent NO 919213" . Do you have a replacement part for plastic insert? Do I need to buy a whole new Handle set? Which one would you recomend?
