Slide Bolts

Question

I'm having a hard time locating a slide bolt similar to this one. Have you seen one like this before? From the top down picture it's only about 1/8" thick.

U'm afraid that we don't have a bolt exactly like this. The only thing in our inventory that looks close is our 91-070, but our dimensions don't match yours. Do you think you could still get it to work? Look it over and let me know what you think.
