Slide Mechanism for a Tilt Window

The first two pictures are the slide mechanism to tilt window in. I need a replacement. The last picture is, I can't identify the part and or how to install them.

Hello! The first two photos are of a tilt latch. Yours in particular resembles our 26-244A and 26-243A, but review their dimensions to verify that everything lines up.

Regarding your third photo, you're showing two pieces. A pivot bar (in your hand) and a pivot shoe (in the window). Which one, specifically, did you need?

The shoe resembles our 15-111 while the pivot bar looks like it could be our 26-226, but in each case you need to compare dimensions, same for the tilt latches.
