Slide bolt assembly

I don't know how old my windows are. I've lived here over 30 years. This looks like exactly what I need. Does it come with the spring as pictured?

I was at ACE Hardware and they didn't have anything like this. But he thought the screw was a #4 thread. Can you tell me the size of your screw?

The thumbscrew size for this part is #6.
