Casement Window Slide Hinge Set

The crank I can identify but the hardware the connects to the window is the issue.i need the pivot, the slide and the connection hardware.

You might be able to use the 36-044-10 Hinge Set as a replacement, so long as you replace both hinges. Take a look and see what you think.
