I have a series 0901 double hung window and need the slide replacement. What part would this be?

Hello there. This is an internal tilt latch that regrettably is no longer made. See if you can convert your sash to use surface mount latches like the 26-228 and 26-229, or 23-193 and 26-194. The video below shows how.
