Slide socket

Question

These sockets were used in our KB home purchased 2006 new. KB has indicated those drawers would have been Purchased from a company Quality Cabinets of CA. They do not appear to be in business. I would like to purchase 2 sets if you feel your universal style would work. Please respond as to how I might purchase.

I would like to make my wife happy so please help. Over all length is 4 3/4 long.
