Slide up non-tilt window balance

Question

Cord broke, but everything else seems fine. Is it possible to purchase just the cord or do Ineed to purchase the entire unit? Do they come solo or in pairs? 1/2" channel.

I'm afraid the cord cannot be replaced or repaired, you'll need a new balance. Start by looking at our S385-33 channel balance, I think this could be a good match.
