Your handle set looks like an older version of our 82-035. I believe our modern version can still replace what you have, though. Look it over and let me know if you had any questions.

The product I recommended back in 2020 is unfortunately discontinued and no longer made. The good news is that you can use our 82-030 as an alternative. This is compatible in all the same applications as the original part, it's just a slightly different design.
