Slider Door Roller Query

Hello!
 
I need to replace my slider door rollers. I've looked through your catalog and found the identical match:

I need to replace my screen door rollers from 2001 and this item looks and measures identically to mine. The only difference is, on mine, there is a middle adjustment screw that should go into the roller, whereas on this photo there is a small metal cylindrical item protruding from the middle where the hole should be. Can this be removed or does that piece exist on mine and is fused inside the slider door?
