Slider Door latch keeper

I am looking for a replacement latch keeper for my sliding door. It is an old door from the late 70s. I don't know the name of the manufacturer. Here is a picture of the keeper, which the bottom portion broke off. Thank you.

Thank you for reaching out to us. It's hard to get a good look at your keeper from this photo. Would it be possible for us to see a few different angles of it removed? We would also like to see the handle this part engages with. That may help point us in the right direction.
