My lock broke and I tried to replace but the one I bought was too big. The original lock fell inside the door when I was trying to replace. Can you provide which lock I need to purchase? Product ID 5502-XBL

Thanks for posting! The opening in your door can accept the 82-218 Mortise Lock. While I am confident this is the replacement you'll need, look over the dimension for the distance between the installation holes.

Hi, I received my new lock but it is too big for the slot. Do you have any smaller ones?

Are the installation holes on the door frame a match for those on the mortise lock? If so, this should be the correct replacement for the door.
