Unfortunately I have found no markings on this door and do not know it's age. Spread between screws is 3 3/4". Any help identifying what is needed to replace the locking mechanism, and if necessary the handles is appreciated.

Thank you for reaching out to us. The mortise lock looks like the 82-218. The installation hole center spacing is 3-11/16", so you'll want to make sure your old part matches this. Review the specifications and see if they match up with your old lock assembly.
