Slider door handle that locks with a key

Home Owner from Arvada, CO
I have a slider door that doesn't have a key lock.  The house was built in 2000. There were no numbers or names on my current handle but I'd like to replace it. I believe the door is a Milgard brand.

Hello there. This looks like an older version of the 82-080 Handle Set. See the keyed version, the 82-081

The description says "Mortise lock and striker sold separately". What parts are those ?  Since this is a replacement because I want a key lock might I already have this in my current setup?

The mortise lock is the lock in the door the handle set works with; the keeper is the strike plate on the door frame the lock laches onto. If those parts are undamaged you have no reason to replace them. The 82-081 Keyed Handle Set would be all you need.
