Thanks for posting. Start by looking at our 82-030 handle set, which has a center-to-center hole spacing of 3-15/16". Compare with your old hardware and see if you think this could work for you.

Good morning..Here's is the hand ware needed to be replaced and "yes" distance is 3 15/16...
