Slider door hardware - what item is correct

A quick learner from Living room says:
I have an original 1963 slider door and the hardware recently snapped off. Attached are photos. I believe the correct replacement part is 82-003 after reviewing these posts but want to be sure. Can you help? Screw centers are at 3 15/16" and the door is 1.5" thick with no key. Thanks in advance for your help.

Hello! As long as the hole center spacing is 3-15/16" then I agree that our 82-003 is the best option available.
