I called in to buy slider door lock. I'm attaching photos of the lock. Also we have a gap at the top inside of the door and didn't know if you guys sold any pieces for that. There is photos of it as well.
82-218 mortise lock is what I think we need.

Hey, Byron. I agree, I think the 82-218 is a good option, as long as the dimensions we show match up to the space available for your old mortise lock.
As for the gap you mention, try adjusting your rollers to see if that helps. There should be a screw near the bottom edge of the door that you can use to adjust the doors up or down.
