Slider door lock / handles

Good day,
I am trying to locate replacement handles for my slider doors. The locks are in good condition, but the exterior handles are falling apart from salt air exposure.
Can you help?

Please start by reviewing the style of the 82-089 handle set that has a 3-15/16" installation hole spacing from center to center. We also carry the 82-086 that has an exterior key lock if needed. Let us know what you think and if you have any additional questions!
