Hello! Looks like you have the old Allen Stevens roller. This hasn't been made in a long time, but the good news is that our 81-005 should work perfectly well as an alternative. Please look it over and let me know if you agree, or if you had any questions!

Thanks Tom for validating the type roller and replacement part. Ordered a new set and received them this morning. Installed the new rollers and reinstalled the door; works great.
