Slider door tandem roller

Question

Looks like a match to 81-018. All dimensions are exact but I'm not sure why mine has the metal comb piece on the top-see picture.

I agree, our 81-018 looks like a match. I'm afraid we can't supply that top bracket but you should be able to reuse yours.
