Slider door to patio

A home owner from Durango, Colorado says:
photos of the door-frame portion of the lock on the door that functions. The one we want to replace is missing the long pin (about 1/2") that allows the lock to work properly. The other photo shows the # stamped inside.

Take a look at our 82-037 lock and keeper. This could be a newer version of your lock set. If I'm right, however, you will need to replace both the lock and keeper. See what you think.
