Slider door weather stripping

I have these doors that have no identifying numbers or markings as to what brand they are. Above are pics of the weather stripping that came from these doors. Hoping that your company may I identify this weather stripping and also have something I can use.

Thanks for posting. I am afraid we don't have an exact match for this seal, but the 58-053 bubble seal also is mounted with a kerf. Take a look and see if you think this could work for you. Let me know what you think.

Hey Bob, this actually may be better than what I have? Hopefully it slides well with the door. Also I'm hoping it may make it harder for centipedes to squeeze under. Thank you!
