This top guide isn't made anymore, but Stanley designed the 23-093 to replace it. I believe this will work for you.

My slider does not allow the type of roller you suggested.

I'm afraid that's the only solution we have. Your old top guide simply isn't made anymore, and I don't know who may still have it. If the 23-093 won't work for you, then we have nothing else that will.

What exactly is preventing your door from using the 23-093? I don't see anything in your photos that would prevent our part from working.
