The mounting whole pattern is 4 & 15/16 inches and the width is 1 inch and the length is 8 & 3/8 inches. The locking knob is 2" from each mounting screw.
The house was built in 1998 and I think this is an original slider.

Hi there!
We don't carry your exact handle set but take a look at our 82-030 with 3-15/16" hole center spacing. Double check your hole center spacing and see if this matches up with that you need.
