Slider handle lock mechanism

Looking for a replacement handle / lock mechanism for my simonton slider.  Attached are the pictures of the handle and the model sticker

Hello there. This handle set can be replaced by the 82-089 or keyed 82-086. If you need the mortise lock as well, please send us photos and we will do our best to help.
