Slider handle with lock

A home owner from Florida says:
Lock sits in middle of 4" center of mounting screw holes. Need new.

Hello, thank you for posting! 

Please start by reviewing the 82-032 handle set that has a 3-15/16" hole spacing from center to center. The exterior handle is not keyed, but you can adapt the 82-310 key lock for keyed access. For the mortise lock, review the dimensions of the 82-218 for a good fit! Let me know what you think and if you have any questions!
