Hi,
We'd like to replace 3 slider handles as the are getting tired and chipped.
We'd also like to replace at least 8 window latches as they are also getting tired, chipped and/or broken.
I hope pictures are helpful!! The slider handle and latches are about 25 years, a part of the original house construction.

Please start by reviewing the style and dimensions of the 82-032 handle to see how it compares to your original. This handle set has a 3-15/16" installation hole spacing from center to center.
For the window lock, are you able to provide the distance between the installation holes from center to center? Do you only need the lock or also the keeper that engages? If you also need the keeper, please provide a clearer image and those installation holes as well. Thank you!

For the lock, please review the overall dimensions of either the 90-278 or 90-274 to see how they compare to your original for the best fit!
If you need a new keeper, please provide a written out dimension of the distance between the installation holes from center to center. Unfortunately I cannot get an accurate read from the picture.
If you were also looking for a new mortise lock as shown in your picture, please review the dimensions of the 82-226 to see how it compares.
