Slider handle and lock replacement needed

We don't sell this exact handle set, but something like our 82-030A may work for you. This has a 3-15/16" hole spacing and a key lock that's centered in relation to the installation holes.

The key lock position is what concerns me the most. We also have the 82-030B, which is the same thing but the key lock is offset. You'll have to check the position of the mortise slot to verify the best product for this application.
