Thank you for reaching out to us. If you don't need keyed access, I'd recommend the 82-030. This measures 3-15/16" on the installation hole centers, so you'll want to make sure your old handle does as well. 

If you wanted keyed access, the 82-030A or 82-030B would be our picks. The best match will depend on the position of the thumb lever. You'll have to remove the old handle to determine how the old thumb lever is oriented.
