Slider lock and bottom rollers

Do you supply the mortise lock and bottom rollers that goes on this door. Your p/n 82-035 Patio Door Handle Set 3-15/16" was purchased and installed. The mortise lock mounting holes are
5 3/8" on center. Mortise lock face is 6 1/8" X 11/16"

Hello! Please see our 82-227 mortise lock and the 81-018 roller. I think these parts are just what you need but look them over and let me know if you agree.

I have another door with same 82-227 mortise lock and p/n 82-035 Patio Door Handle Set 3-15/16. Is there a different handle set that I can purchase to give me the capability to lock it with a key from the outside?

Awesome, I'm glad to hear that it worked!

As for a keyed alternative to the 82-035, you have a few options. You can actually keep using the 82-035 and install an 82-315 key lock on the exterior pull. The video below will show you what I mean.

Another option is to just use our 82-086, which comes with a key lock included. However note that the thumb lever on this is fixed in the bottom position and cannot be adjusted; if your thumb lever is centered then the 82-086 will not work.
