Slider lock/latch

Question

This request is for two identical doors.  I have the exterior handles labeled CD442.  I have the interior handles labeled CD453.  I am in need of the guts that need to be installed between them that is located in the door cut out.  I am in need of the catch that mounts on the door jamb.

Your handle set looks similar to our 82-078. Look over the measurements and see if they should match up with yours.
