Slider mortise latch

Lock fell inside door so can't show out of door. Door is from 2008. 45 degree. Took pic of inside door also attached. Need to know which would be replacement.

Hello! Your mortise appears to be a match for our 82-218. I am very confident that this is what you need to repair your door, but look it over and see what you think.

The back of that 82-218 looks to be square? The opening is rounded

That's perfectly normal. The 82-218 doesn't install straight in, it comes into the hole at an angle. The round face of the mortise then snaps into place. The video below will show you what I mean.
