Slider patio door handles

Question

I want to buy solar roller shades, but the existing slider handles protrude too far to accommodate the shade.  I?m looking for a  low profile handle for the interior side of the lock.  The exterior side of the slider door does not have a handle, only a finger pull;   I?m only looking for interior pulls.   I have five slider handles that I need replacing, preferably in white to match door frame.

I don't believe you'll find a handle that suits the low profile you need. The manufacturer doesn't really make a wide variety of profiles for different applications. When door manufacturers design handles and locking hardware, they never consider shades. They just don't care. Because of this, you don't have any options.

You're one of the luckier ones, though. Your original locksets are still functional without a pull. If you remove your existing wood pull then your door will still function even with shades installed.
