We need to replace these. Windows were installed in 1998. Not sure which item would be the replacement. Hope you can help us out.

Take a look and compare the dimensions of the 26-243 and 26-244 tilt latches to your original parts. Thanks for posting!

On the top picture you shared, our measures 1/8 where your is 3/16.
The bottom posture you shared measurements are pretty close.
