Thanks for reaching out! The pivot shoe you have here is similar in design to a few we have, so to narrow down the right replacement I'll need to confirm a few details. You'll need to remove the shoe from the window channel and confirm the width and the thickness of the shoe. Please write these measurements out.

To determine the correct balance, I'll need to see a photo of the balance removed from the window as well. In addition to the attachment connected to the pivot shoe, I'll need to see the attachment at the top of the balance. You'll also need to confirm the length of the channel and the stamp etched into it.
